How to promote healing after bone fracture through Ayurveda
Healing is natural phenomenon. Body starts healing quickly after any type of injury. Through many factors can promote as well as delay this process. Our daily routine, lifestyle and food , seasonal changes and some diseases like diabetes may delay it. Follow this for fast healing
1.Reduce your diet by 30%
2.Moong dal (green gram)or soup, surjana fali(drumstick), jvar roti, rice and cow's ghee helps healing.
3.Warm water only is to be consumed.
4. Avoid spices, chilli, sour foods, curds and excessive salt.
5. Do not sleep during the day time and take proper sleep in the night hours.
6. Try to move the other body parts as much as possible.
7.Ayurvedic medicines like yashtimadhu, Avala, dhataki, hadjod, laxadi guggul can be taken on advice of an Ayurvedic physician.
8. Ayurveda Panchakarma treatments such as lepa, abhyanga, parishek Or dhara, dhoopan are very beneficial after plaster removal. They are used as rehabilitation after any fracture or joint replacement surgery.
